Francesco Iaci has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Francesco is currently working as the Global Talent Acquisition Director & Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Exclusive Networks, where they are responsible for directing the recruitment strategy across 46 countries and leading a team of 6. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at relayr, where they designed and implemented a company-wide recruiting strategy and managed the activities of 12 interns/working students. Francesco also has experience as a Regional Specialist & Onboarding Project Manager - Talent Acquisition at Kuehne + Nagel, where they managed end-to-end recruiting processes and provided team leadership. Before that, they worked as an International Specialist Recruiter at Barry-Wehmiller, where they designed and executed a comprehensive recruiting strategy and supervised junior recruiters. Francesco also has prior experience as a Recruiter at GENERALI - INA Assitalia, where they provided interview support and carried out administrative tasks, and as a Creative Copywriter at Mediaset, where they created content and managed episodes.
