Chris Cornelius

Chris Cornelius, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and talent development. Chris worked at Exclusive Resorts from February 2012 to April 2023, where they held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Development, Senior Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Training and Development. Prior to that, they were a Senior Member Services Manager and Member Services Manager at Exclusive Resorts from June 2014 to June 2014 and from February 2012 to June 2014, respectively. Chris also participated in the 2017 Downtown Denver Leadership Program as a graduate. Before joining Exclusive Resorts, they served as a Proprietor at Ted's Montana Grill from November 2007 to September 2011. Prior to that, they held roles as a Culinary Manager and Sales Manager at Darden Restaurants from June 2006 to November 2007 and from June 2006 to June 2007, respectively.

Chris Cornelius, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Denver, specifically in the field of Hospitality Management. In addition to their education, Chris has obtained additional certifications from SHRM, including the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2021.
