Jennifer Neal

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the company’s capital structure, global financial matters involving tax and foreign regulations, and complex legal matters involving intellectual property rights and employment matters. She has over 20 years of experience in strategy development and consulting. In addition to her work at Exclusive Resorts, she has demonstrated expertise guiding large, multi-national companies in areas such as mergers and acquisition, domestic and foreign restructuring, international tax consulting, and government audit and dispute resolution. She started her career working several years as a consultant with Deloitte. She has a passion and drive for working cross-functionally to develop and execute all facets of business strategy.
