Michael Delorenzo

Michael DeLorenzo has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Exclusive Resorts since November 2004. In this role, Michael oversees daily service and operations across eight club locations, managing approximately $300 million in assets. Responsibilities include the establishment and management of a $16 million operating budget and a $2 million capital plan, consistently achieving financial objectives. Michael directs both company employees and vendor teams, focusing on employee development and contract negotiations. Prior to this, Michael worked at Fiserv ISS as a Sr. Account Administrator from December 1996 to January 2004, serving as the primary liaison for top financial representatives utilizing Trust services.
