Serge Toure

Serge Toure is an experienced IT risk advisory professional with a strong background in external audits and project management within the financial services and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Director of IT Risk Advisory at Exco since February 2019, Serge leads teams in delivering technology risk services, manages client relationships, and develops solutions for technology-related issues. Prior to this role, Serge worked at SanlamAllianz as a corporate underwriter and project manager, overseeing employee benefits and health insurance projects, and managed business transformation initiatives. Serge's career also includes roles at KPMG in Information System Advisory, a consultancy position at Management & Decision focusing on data analytics and business intelligence, and an internship at ASECNA improving air traffic management systems. Serge holds an engineering degree in telecommunications from the National Polytechnic Institute H.B Abidjan and a Baccalauréat from CNDA.
