Paal Bekkeheien

Paal Bekkeheien has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paal is currently the Chairman and Co-Founder of Exebenus, a drilling and well software company that focuses on automating decision-making processes to improve safety and reduce costs in well operations. Paal co-founded ENRG Partners in 2011 and held this role until 2020. Paal Bekkeheien was also the CEO and Co-Founder of Promoveo Technology Ltd, where they successfully raised funding from private investors, secured international R&D grants, and positioned the company as a leading energy management and connected home platform. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Director at ConvergeX Ltd. and worked as a Consultant in the Strategy Department at Avenir AS and Ementor ASA. Additionally, Paal Bekkeheien co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of Gervasi Consulting and worked as a Business Executive at Preferred Global Health, Inc. Paal started their career as a Consultant at Metier Scandinavia.

Paal Bekkeheien completed their MSc degree in Production and Quality Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1992 and 1996. Their thesis during this time focused on "Managing Risk and Uncertainty in Projects." After a break, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 2000 and 2001. Their thesis during this period centered around "Pricing Strategies and Value Based Pricing."
