Patricia Cecconi Fontes is an experienced executive headhunter and senior associate at EXEC, specializing in the technology, finance, and services sectors since January 2021. With a background in leadership advisory and board services, Patricia is also a member of Panorama, a global community of leadership experts. Prior experience includes roles as a senior talent acquisition specialist and HR business partner at Accell and ITRON, where skills in managing the recruitment life-cycle were honed. Additionally, Patricia worked as a human resources consultant at Grupo ToplineRH and practiced as a cognitive behavioral psychologist at a private clinic. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, earned between 1993 and 1997.
