Stijn Van de Velde serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Drobot Inc since June 2021 and holds the position of President & CEO at Gemba Systems Inc. since September 2017, focusing on the digitalization of manufacturing operations. As Managing Partner at Execution Partners LLC, commenced in July 2016, Stijn aids companies in optimizing processes and managing change initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at [bu:st] llc and AddVantage Management Consultants, where guidance was provided for critical projects in various industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. Notable accomplishments from previous positions include significant cost reductions and performance improvements in supply chain management for Picanol NV and Deceuninck North America.
