Malini Sharma

Malini Sharma currently serves as Business Support Manager in the MD & CEO's Office at Executive Access India since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Relations Partner in the PMO for Covid Support APAC at Medtronic and various managerial positions at Max Healthcare, such as Manager Operations and Planning and Deputy Manager in the MD and CEO Office. Malini began their career as an Executive Assistant at Heidrick & Struggles and held a Project Manager position at HCL Technologies. Malini holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Deshbandhu College.
