Crystal Stephens

Crystal Fair Stephens has a diverse range of work experience. Crystal started their career at Ambrosia Bead Company, where they worked as an Assistant Manager for several years. Crystal then worked as a Writing Assistant at BYU-Idaho Writing Center, where they not only assisted students but also took on additional responsibilities such as typing up session reports.

Crystal then joined Vivint as a Spanish Customer Support representative, where they not only resolved customer issues but also proactively learned to fix technical issues and handle calls in Spanish to prevent customer wait times.

Crystal then worked as a Freelance Writer at Canopy Copy, initially as a way to earn money but soon realizing their talent and taking on various writing projects such as SEO content, blog posts, thought leadership articles, and collaborative content development.

Crystal also has teaching experience, starting as an English Graduate Instructor at Utah State University, teaching general education English courses and constantly improving their teaching methods. Crystal continued teaching as an Online Adjunct English Instructor at Utah State University and then as a Lecturer in English at Clemson University, where they created new courses for students from different majors.
