Joanne Larson

Joanne Larson is a leadership coach with extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development. Currently, Joanne Larson leads a coaching practice established in January 2020 and serves as a leadership coach with Executive Coaches of Orange County since August 2017, contributing to nonprofit organizations in the region. Previously, as the owner of Business As Unusual from June 2001 to December 2019, Joanne Larson provided executive and management coaching, amassing 18 years of experience in organizational development and employee assistance programs. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in English/Speech from Concordia College.
