Larry Tucker has extensive experience in executive coaching and nonprofit leadership. Since October 2006, Larry has served on the Board of Directors and as an Executive Coach for the Executive Coaches of Orange County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local community leaders. Larry has also played significant roles at SCORE Orange County since June 2006, including Executive Committee Member, CEO Forum Meeting Leader, and Chairman of the CEO Forum Program, focusing on mentoring small businesses. Additionally, Larry held the position of National Board Director for SCORE Mentors from October 2015 to October 2021 and served as President of the National Board of Directors for Santa Ana Country Club from March 2015 to June 2020. Larry has been recognized as a Business School Mentor at UCI's Paul Merage School of Business and previously worked as a Managing Consultant at Aon from April 1980 to October 2006. Larry holds a degree from Wheeling University, earned from 1965 to 1969.

Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECofOC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that has been supporting the local community since 2002. We have no paid staff or office. This enables us to laser focus on our mission of developing nonprofit leaders for maximum impact. We have more than 162 coaching clients from various nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County. Since its inception, ECofOC has served over 360 nonprofits including: Orange County United Way, Make A Wish OC & the Inland Empire, Second Harvest Food Bank of OC, Charitable Ventures, Think Together, Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove and Girl Scouts of Orange County. The most valuable benefit of coaching is developing a trusting, honest and authentic relationship with a coach where the agenda is all about the client and their leadership development. Our coaches provide pro bono services to all of our clients. Clients meet monthly with their coach. The average duration of our coaching engagement is 2.5 years. Our volunteer coaches come from diverse backgrounds that include retired business executives, professional coaches, business and HR consultants and nonprofit leaders.
