Geraldine Gallacher is the CEO of The Executive Coaching Consultancy since 1994. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Non-Executive Director at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure from 2008 to December 2014, where she served on the Audit and Nominations committees and chaired the Remuneration and Sustainability committees. Before that, she was the Head of Group Management Development at Arcadia Group Ltd from July 1989 to June 1994. Geraldine started her career as a Graduate trainee at Ford Motor Company from 1981 to 1986. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish and Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh. Geraldine completed her high school education at St. Augustine’s High School Edinburgh and St. Columba's high school Greenock.
