Laura Miller has extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development, currently serving as the Executive Coaching Programme Manager and Reporting Manager at The Executive Coaching Consultancy since October 2015. Previous roles include Development Programmes and Client Reporting Manager at Laura Miller Associates from February 2008 to February 2012, L&D Consultant at Bank of New York Mellon (2005-2008), and L&D Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Change Project Leader at JP Morgan (1998-2005). Laura began their career as a Graduate Recruiter at Esso (1996-1997). Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Management Administrative Studies with a focus on Organisational Development and Psychology from Aston University (1994-1998).
