Julie Staudenmier serves as a Coach and Global Search Leader at HXWize, a platform focused on enhancing the Human Experience of Work through learning and coaching. With extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development, Julie previously held the position of Vice President at GLG and Pfizer, where responsibilities included executing talent development strategies globally for a leading pharmaceutical company. Prior roles also include leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, TD Ameritrade, American Express, and Sony Electronics, contributing to initiatives in executive development, succession planning, and organizational change. Julie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from South Dakota State University.

Executive Forum is a highly engaged community of executives from leading corporations who share a passion for "what's next" to drive the business growth of tomorrow. Since its formation in 1995, the Executive Forum has grown to over 400 members who are the top-most leaders at market moving companies, run portfolios for the most innovative PE firms and serve as directors on boards — public, private and non-profit. Admission to the Executive Forum is based upon a rigorous nomination and review process. By design, approximately half the EF members are President/CEOs, and the others are at the COO, CFO, CMO, CIO and VP levels. About 85% of the members are currently sitting executives, with about 15% in active career transitions.
