Andrea Sobrio has a diverse work experience in the consulting industry. Andrea started their career in 1998 as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Health Care and Manufacturing Industry. During their time at Deloitte, they played a key role in building and growing the CRM practice, which eventually became the Centre of Excellence for HealthCare Services in Europe.

In 2000, Andrea joined Executive Insight AG as a Managing Partner. At Executive Insight, they provided management consulting services to (bio)pharmaceutical companies in Europe, helping them evolve their commercial models. Andrea worked closely with sales and marketing, medical, and access executives to generate customer insights and achieve superior business outcomes.
