Nancy Haynes has extensive experience in customer service and account management within the aviation and entertainment industries. Since November 2017, Nancy has held the position of Owner Services Account Manager at Executive Jet Management. Prior roles include CSR at Signature Flight Support and Landmark Aviation from 2016 to 2017, as well as a Box Office/Ticketing position at Riverbend Music Center/PNC Pavilion between 2007 and 2012. Nancy began their career in 1999 at Pinnacle Entertainment, working in the RD executive offices until 2011. Nancy holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1991 and 1994.
