Matthew Sloan

Matthew Sloan is an accomplished educator and copyeditor with extensive experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL) to both corporate and adult learners. Currently serving as a Corporate ESL Teacher at elt - Executive Language Training since November 2013, Matthew specializes in the pharmaceutical industry, delivering tailored language instruction to international companies in the Chicago area. Additional roles include freelance copyediting for a homeschooling platform at Straive and a recent position as a proofreader in the R&D Labeling department at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Previous experience encompasses teaching English to pharmaceutical employees at Global LT, legal assistance and copyediting at Sloan & Associates, and various teaching roles within the K-12 and adult education sectors.
