Jillian Skelly has been working in the event planning industry for over 10 years. Jillian started their career as a Senior Meeting Coordinator with NHS Global Events. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining a high level of organization, communicating with clients, and creating and distributing Request for Proposals. Jillian was also responsible for negotiating hotel contracts, building and managing online attendee registration, and monitoring multiple budgets.

In October 2013, Jillian took on the role of Director of Meetings and Events with the Higher Learning Commission. In this role, Jillian was responsible for executing all scheduled events, meetings, and activities while on-site. Jillian also worked together with a team of on-site staff and planners to achieve a successfully operated Board Meeting, Incentive or Educational Conference.

Jillian is currently working as an Event Specialist with Executivevents. In this role, they are responsible for researching and contracting with various vendors, ordering Audio Visual equipment, developing menus, and reviewing Event Orders.

Jillian Skelly has a B.S from the School of Health at Indiana University Bloomington in Recreation, Tourism, and Event Management. Jillian is certified by the Event Leadership Institute in Virtual Event and Meeting Management, the Events Industry Council in Certified Meeting Professional, and the Event Leadership Institute in Hybrid and Virtual Event Director.

Their manager is Cara Candler, Director, Event Planning. Jillian Skelly works with Morgan Bartlett - Event Technical Specialist, Kelly Johnson - Event Specialist, and Lindsey Matal - Event Coordinator.
