Javier Ocon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and operations management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Viva since October 2024, Javier previously held the position of Sales Operations Manager at inspiro from May 2023 to October 2024. At Sitel Group, Javier served as Senior Manager of Account Management and Operations Manager from May 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included strategy planning for KPI achievement, client satisfaction, cost savings, and significant growth in the Retentions Line of Business. Earlier roles included Operations Manager Apprentice, successfully launching a Retentions LOB, and Coach. Javier holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua, obtained between January 2008 and December 2012.
