Tiina Bies is the SVP of Human Resources at Exel Composites. Tiina has over 10 years of experience in human resources, having served as both a regional HR service manager and a director.

Tiina has a deep understanding of all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and performance management to compensation and benefits. Tiina is a skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with employees, managers, and executives to implement policies and programs that support Exel Composites' high performance culture.

Tiina Bies has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Jyväskylä University and a Master of Science in Economics from the Department of Economics and Business Administration at Jyväskylä University.
