Andrew Weishar

Andrew Weishar's work experience begins in 1995 as a Lab Tech at Perrigo. In 1996, they joined Abbott Laboratories as an Asst. Chemist II, where they worked until 2001. Andrew then moved to Pfizer and held the roles of Chemist II and later Sr. Assoc Scientist until 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Weishar worked as a Method Development Chemist at PCI Synthesis. Following this, they joined Patheon, where they worked as an Analytical Specialist from 2014 to 2017 and as a Scientist 4 from 2017 to 2018. Weishar then spent a year as a Scientist IV at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Andrew worked at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories as a Sr Chemist from 2019 to 2022. Since 2022, Weishar has been employed as a Research and Development Supervisor at Exela Pharma Sciences LLC.

Andrew Weishar completed their high school education at Everett High School. Andrew then went on to attend Michigan Technological University from 1990 to 1993, majoring in Chemical Engineering. After that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Western Michigan University from 1993 to 1996. Finally, they obtained their Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Rhode Island between 2009 and 2012.
