Venkat Kumaresan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Venkat started their career in 2000 as an Application Consultant and Quality Coordinator at SlashSupport, where they were responsible for training activities and service delivery improvement. Venkat then joined Trimble Inc. in 2002 as the DM of Customer Satisfaction, leading a technical support division and implementing new channels of support. In 2003, they became the Client Quality Manager at Khoday Contact Center, where they increased customer satisfaction and implemented quality reinforcement programs. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Total Quality Manager at SCICOM CONTACT CENTER, achieving ISO certification and leading a project for call avoidance. Venkat then joined IBM in 2008 as a Program Manager and Lean Portfolio Lead, handling various roles and managing remote IT infrastructure projects. Since 2012, they have been working at Exela Technologies, initially as the General Manager of Strategic Support and currently as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Support. In this role, they have played a pivotal role in high-impact global transformation projects, implemented robotics process automation, and led continuous improvement programs. Venkat has also trained and mentored staff in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Venkat Kumaresan has a diverse education history. Venkat obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which they pursued from 2000 to 2006. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Electrical and Electronics from Madurai Kamaraj University, spanning from 1993 to 1997. Initial education includes completing their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Maths from Balalok Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1985 to 1993. Additionally, they acquired several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ITIL V3, and Sun Certified System Administrator. Venkat also pursued additional certifications in coaching high potentials, data science, robotic process automation, and project management.
