Linda R. Ibe

Linda R. Ibe, SHRM-SCP, has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Total Rewards at Exelixis since June 2007. In this role, Linda is responsible for enhancing employee benefits operational practices, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with policies. Linda has held various positions at Exelixis, including Senior Director and Director of HR Programs. Prior to Exelixis, Linda worked at LoanPerformance as a Human Resources Liaison and at North Peninsula Family Alternatives, Peninsula Family YMCA, and YMCA of San Francisco as an Office Coordinator/HR Liaison. Linda earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University between 2004 and 2006.
