Riza Salomon

Riza Salomon currently serves as the GxP Training Manager for Corporate Compliance Policy, Training & Communications at Exelixis since November 2022. Previously, Riza held various roles at Bayer from August 2015 to November 2022, including Senior Specialist in QA Tech Training and Learning, Specialist in LMS, and Training Documentation Analyst. Their experience also includes a position as LMS Coordinator at Gilead Sciences for a brief period in 2015, and earlier roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Manufacturing Trainer and at Bayer HealthCare as a Purification Associate. Riza began a career in the biotechnology field at Chiron Corporation as an Aseptic Fill Associate. Riza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the Philippines between 1998 and 2002.
