Amy Trojecki

Amy Trojecki serves as the Director of Environmental and Fuels Policy at Exelon since March 2010, leading government affairs regulatory efforts across various business units, including nuclear and fossil generation, power trading, and electric retail. Previous roles at Exelon include Regulatory Strategy Manager and Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed legal compliance, legislative advocacy, and EHS compliance audits. Prior to Exelon, Amy was an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, focusing on litigation of environmental issues and corporate transactions, and at Flaster/Greenberg P.C., representing policyholders in insurance coverage claims. Amy Trojecki holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Lehigh University.
