Bill Gallagher

Bill Gallagher has over three decades of experience in supply operations and strategic sourcing within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Operations at Exelon since February 2022, Gallagher previously held multiple roles at Exelon from September 2000 to December 2018, including Director of Strategic Sourcing, wherein management of the organization involved overseeing material and non-construction services across various subsidiaries. Early career experience includes various managerial positions at PECO Energy from June 1989 to August 1999, along with foundational roles as an engineer. Bill Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Villanova University.
