Cheryl Crumpton

Cheryl Crumpton is currently the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Exelon since April 2023. Prior to this, Cheryl held the position of Head of Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, and Investigations at Robinhood from June 2021 to April 2023. Cheryl's legal career includes roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland. Cheryl's education background includes a J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law, where Cheryl graduated summa cum laude, and a bachelor's degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
