Kathleen Lutito

Kathleen (Kathy) Lutito, CFA, possesses extensive experience in investment management and board governance, currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since 2017, where roles include Chair of the Investment Committee and Member of the Governance Committee. With a diverse background that includes advisory roles for Exelon and Chevron, as well as a leadership position at Lumen Technologies as President and Chief Investment Officer from 1997 to 2024, Lutito has been instrumental in strategic planning, board structure enhancement, and succession planning. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Western Colorado University.
