Robert Hayes

Robert Hayes has extensive experience in investment strategy and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an Investment Member on the Advisory Board for the Greenwich Hospital Crown Charity, a Senior Consultant at PMCL Consulting, and a Pension Scheme Trustee for The Goldsmiths' Company, Robert also holds the position of Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors at BUYMEONCE LIMITED, which focuses on sustainability in consumer goods. Robert is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee at the University of Southampton and previously held significant roles at BlackRock, including Managing Director and Head of Client Strategy for EMEA. Early in the career, Robert was a Partner at Watson Wyatt and started as an Analyst at Mullens & Co. Robert graduated with a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
