Kathleen O'Connor

Kathleen O'Connor, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief Risk Officer at Exelon since May 2013. Previous roles at Exelon include Manager positions in Accounting Policy & Research, Corporate Accounting, and Compensation Accounting, as well as Senior Accountant in Corporate Accounting. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Discover Financial Services and a Senior Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation. Kathleen began their career as an Associate at Grant Thornton LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Russian Studies from William & Mary. Kathleen also attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
