Marvin Mendoza

Marvin Mendoza currently serves as the Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Exelon, beginning in February 2025. In this role, Marvin is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent strategy that enhances the employee lifecycle and positions Exelon as an Employer of Choice. Prior to Exelon, Marvin held several significant positions at PPG Industries from November 2020 to October 2024, including HR Effectiveness Leader and Global Head of DEI, where collaboration with senior leadership aligned the HR agenda with corporate strategy. Marvin's previous experience also includes various leadership roles at PwC from January 2008 to November 2020, such as Purpose & Inclusion Chief Operating Officer and Workforce Transformation Practice Director, focusing on innovative talent management practices and driving business results through effective workforce strategies. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The College of New Jersey.
