Mell Picco

Mell Picco is a Senior UX/UI Designer at Exelon since November 2022, previously serving as Principal Designer at PiccoTek Inc. from 2008 to November 2022, where Mell designed company identity and managed corporate branding efforts, significantly enhancing recruitment through a custom WordPress website. As the owner and designer of Mell Picco Design from December 2008 to June 2021, Mell provided a wide array of design services across various industries, including website design, social media marketing, and branding. Mell's career began as a Junior Graphic Designer at Design Collective, Inc., and initially as a Graphic Design Intern at Expert Consultants, Inc. Mell holds a Certificate in Advanced User Experience Design from CareerFoundry and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
