Neha P.

Neha P. currently serves as the Head of Architecture and DevSecOps for Customer IT at Exelon, where leadership encompasses overseeing over 35 individuals, including full-time employees and contractors. Neha has successfully developed a five-year Middleware modernization roadmap, delivered an automated DevSecOps-enabled stack in Azure, and contributed to the revamping of Exelon's Architecture Practice. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Vedway, Solution Architect at U.S. Cellular, Software Engineering Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, and IT Delivery Lead at Huntington National Bank, among others. Neha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and completed a program at The Wharton School in 2022.
