Andy Teare

Andy Teare has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The BJD Group until May 2008. Andy then joined Medacs Healthcare in May 2009, where they initially served as a Recruitment Consultant before being promoted to Operations & Business Development Manager in April 2014. In October 2015, Andy joined REED as an Area Manager for the Health and Care sector, responsible for the East and West Midlands regions. After four years at REED, they moved to Cygnet Health Care in January 2019, where they worked as a Recruitment Manager, leading a team of recruiters across various specialisms. Currently, Andy holds the position of Head of Recruitment at Exemplar Health Care, starting in October 2022.
