Nicola Royston

Nicola Royston has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Operational Quality Improvement Manager and previously as the Senior Quality Manager at Exemplar Health Care since January 2019. In these roles, Nicola has focused on enhancing the quality of care across multiple homes by providing training, support, and conducting audits while ensuring compliance and reporting to directors. Prior to this, Nicola worked as a Regional Support Manager at HC-One for one year, managing compliance during a transition period involving a home sale. Nicola's career began at Bupa, where roles progressed from Registered Nurse to Regional Support Manager, overseeing facilities with capacities ranging from 40 to 180 beds. Education was completed at Leeds Beckett University between 1992 and 1995.
