Keith Mayer

Keith Mayer has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Their most recent position was as the SVP of Operations at Exemplis LLC, starting in September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton Aerospace for 14 years, holding roles such as Director of Quality, Plant Manager, and Product Line Manager. Before Eaton Aerospace, Mayer worked at Parker Aerospace as the Director of Lean Initiatives. Keith started their career at Honeywell Aerospace, where they held various roles including Certified 6 Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt/QE Leader. Throughout their career, Mayer has demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence, quality control, and lean initiatives.

Keith Mayer attended the University of Southern California from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
