Marlon Santa Catalina has over two decades of experience in IT operations and technical support. Since November 2009, Marlon has been with Exemplis Corporation in an IT Operations role. Prior to this, Marlon worked at Helio as a Field Support specialist from February 2007 to October 2010, and at Ipass Inc. as a Network Support professional from January 2003 to February 2007. Additionally, Marlon held positions as a Technical Support team member at SonicWALL from January 2002 to January 2003, and at Linksys from January 2001 to January 2002.
