Eduardo Ventura

Eduardo Ventura is an IT Operations Engineer at ServiceRocket since January 2023, responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services within the organization. Previously, Eduardo served in various roles at Greenbits, including Training & Development Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, Implementation Specialist, and Hardware Support Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from tracking training progress and identifying skill gaps to managing onboarding and supporting POS users with hardware installations. Prior experience includes IT Support Specialist at Sinu and Technical Support Specialist II at Dell Technologies, providing technical assistance and resolving issues for users. Eduardo is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications at Universidad Francisco Gavidia, expected to complete in December 2023.
