Jared Lupian, MBA

Jared Lupian, MBA has a diverse work experience in the fitness and health industry. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Exer Labs. From 2019-2021, they were a Product Manager for Gravity Ball Health Systems, where they worked alongside a start-up executive team to develop a growth strategy, and sales pipeline through partnerships, relationships, email campaigns, community incentives, and promotions. From 2014-2019, they were the Fitness Director for LifeFit Center @ The Beach, where they supervised recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and continued education (CEU's) for 30 trainers, instructors, and interns in the California State University System. During this time, they also worked as a Personal Trainer & Performance Coach, and an Intern/Service Desk. From 2016-2017, they were a Product Consultant for Powertec, Inc., where they tested prototype exercise equipment and provided feedback on design, functionality, creativity, and application. In 2014, they were a Kids Fitness and Conditioning Coach for Long Beach State 49er Camp, where they coached children ages 5-16 through eight weeks of cardiovascular, resistance, HIIT, and mobility training. In 2017, they were a Project Manager for SolidFit, where they supervised the development and production of a digital workout and exercise library for a start-up organization. In 2016, they were a Behavioral Therapist for FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. Lastly, in 2014, they were an Intern/Service Desk for Boeing Fitness Center.

Jared Lupian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology - Fitness from the same university in 2016. Before that, they obtained an Associate's degree from College of the Sequoias in 2012. In addition, they hold certifications from LinkedIn, American College of Sports Medicine, and American Red Cross, which they obtained in 2019, 2015, and 2019 respectively.
