Sarah Anawalt

Sarah Anawalt has over 6 years of professional experience in operations and project management. Sarah began their career in 2014 as the General Event Manager for Jersey Tomatoes, LLC, where they planned and executed full-service events and managed all day-to-day operational and administrative tasks of both the office and restaurant. In 2015, they moved on to become the Operations Manager at Park Tavern, where they were responsible for all employee administration, human resources and payroll. In 2017, Sarah joined Roam Artisan Burgers as the Business and Operations Manager, where they supervised and managed three new restaurant build-outs, created an investor deck that helped raise over $1 million dollars in capital, and streamlined all executive level communication. In 2019, Sarah began working for Strava as a Project Manager and successfully managed the build-out of a new 22,000 square foot office. Later that year, they also took on the role of VP of Operations and Community for Let's Talk Ops. Currently, Sarah is the Head of Operations for Exer Labs, a Denver-based digital MSK platform using AI to provide real-time patient feedback on any mobile device.

Sarah Anawalt received their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Vermont in 2007. In 2005, they completed a Diploma of Outdoor Education from the National Outdoor Leadership School in Puerto Natales, Chile. In 2011, they graduated with a Degree in Culinary Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
