Carter Will

Carter Will is a seasoned professional in advanced and additive manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Exergy Solutions, where leadership includes overseeing the X-Lab manufacturing facility and managing a skilled team focused on innovative production solutions. Prior to this role, Carter acted as an Advisor for advanced manufacturing services and held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Genesis Advanced Technology, where leadership contributed to the development of transformative technologies. Carter's extensive background also includes a long tenure as President of BRC Engineering, Ltd., overseeing operations and business development, and as Engineering Manager, managing various critical operational facets.
