Chandra Gaurav Sharma

Chandra Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Exerp since August 2024. Prior to this role, Chandra was Engineering Lead at Prudential plc from August 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading backend engineering for the Pulse Policy Services Platform across multiple countries in Southeast Asia. As Engineering Lead at Traveloka from October 2017 to May 2020, Chandra focused on backend architecture and feature implementation for the Xperience product. Chandra also ventured as the owner of an Augmented Reality-based fitness platform between October 2016 and October 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer on the Payment Platform at PayPal from January 2014 to May 2017, and starting as an intern in the Global Infrastructure team at PayPal. Chandra completed education at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
