Juan Vasquez, MBA, CSM has extensive work experience in the IT and Consulting industry. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at Proximo Consulting Services, first as a Senior Software Engineer, then as a Lead Consultant and Software Engineering Manager. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Unilever, first as a Global Service Delivery Manager and Business Systems Manager for Marketing, then as a User Readiness Lead and IT Project Manager, followed by a role as a Senior IT Business Analyst and IT Project Manager, and finally as a Business Partner and Innovation Lead and Implementation Manager. In 2017, they began their current role as Director of Operations, Consulting Team Lead and Professional Services Manager, and Technical Project and Account Manager at Exerp.

Juan Vasquez holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
