Rob Ziv, MBA, CTS-D, CTS-I, ISF-C, DSCE

Rob Ziv, MBA, CTS-D, CTS-I, ISF-C, DSCE has extensive experience in the audio and video industry. Rob has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1989 as an Independent Recording and Mix engineer, where they gained a reputation for being highly professional and results-oriented. Rob also worked as a Professional Product Sales Manager at ICB Audio and Video and as a Production Staff at Power Station Studios.

In 1994, Rob joined Premiere Technologies as a National Senior Account Executive, specializing in Voice & Data Messaging for Corporate Enterprise Solutions. Rob then transitioned to Exertis Almo in 2012, where they initially served as the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy before becoming the Senior Vice President in 2023.

Prior to their time at Premiere Technologies, Rob worked at Sheffield Recordings LTD, Inc. as the Director of Education/Audio Engineer. There, they managed a multi-room recording studio and career school, engineered music projects of various genres, and developed the studio's client-base and school curriculum.

Rob's work experience also includes serving as the President of Vizor Services Group from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they specialized in technical, sales, and corporate training, as well as audio recording, mixing, and production, film/video format conversions, and audio restoration.

Throughout their career, Rob has gained expertise in audio and acoustic theory, system/room design, signal flow, equipment operation, audio/video synchronization, production quality improvement, and studio management. Their experience spans multiple musical genres, project budgets, and includes training new engineers on SSL Consoles, Neve Consoles, and analog tape machine alignment.

Rob obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute, completing their studies from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Baruch College from 1999 to 2001.

Furthermore, they completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Audio Recording Technology & Jazz/Commercial Music from Five Towns College between 1991 and 1993.

In addition to their education, Rob Ziv has acquired multiple certifications. Rob obtained the Certified Technology Specialist - Installation (CTS-I) certification from InfoComm International in March 2017 and the Certified Technology Specialist - Design (CTS-D) certification from the same institution in September 2016. Rob also obtained the Imaging Science Foundation certification (ISF-C) in May 2014 from the Imaging Science Foundation. Moreover, they attained the Digital Signage Experts Group certification (DSCE) in October 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Financial Forecasting with Big Data and Learning Excel: Data Analysis from LinkedIn in August 2020.
