Nick Martin

Nick Martin currently serves as Senior Vice President at Rudin Management, overseeing Development and Business Strategy since January 2018. Previously, Nick held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Policy and Economic Development and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer from September 2011 to December 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff at the New York City Mayor's Office of Contract Services and Deputy Brooklyn Director for Bloomberg for Mayor 2009. Nick Martin earned a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Honors from Villanova University, alongside studies at the University of Oxford.
