Chris Bale

Chris Bale has extensive experience in the finance and retail sectors, having worked at PwC as an Executive from 2002 to 2005, and at EY as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2016. Chris then moved to Co-op, where they held roles as Head of Transformation - Retail Finance and Head of Investment Appraisal from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Exertis as the Commercial and Operations Director for Exertis International, Director for Exertis International EME, and previously served as the Head of Transformation from 2018 to 2020.

Chris Bale completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Atomic/Molecular Physics from the University of Nottingham from 1999 to 2002. Chris then pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA) from ICAEW between 2002 and 2005. Most recently, they completed a Global MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2021 and 2022.
