Erica Drew

Erica Drew has extensive work experience in the field of education. Erica began their career at PETROC as a Higher Education Manager, where they managed a team and provided support to Higher Education students. Erica also taught Business Studies at various levels and specialized in Business Finance. In 2014, Erica joined Exeter College as a lecturer in business and quickly advanced to become the Programme Leader for Higher Education. In this role, they were responsible for curriculum management and team management. Erica also took on additional responsibilities as the Team Leader for Higher Education and Employability, overseeing the strategic development of adult-focused curriculum and serving on the HE Academic Board. Erica later became the Deputy Head of Faculty Business Tourism & Adventure at Exeter College.
