Tamika Carr Barrera

Tamika Carr Barrera has had a successful career in project management and product management. Tamika started their career at Capital One in 1999 as a Resource Utilization Specialist. In 2004, they joined Santander Consumer USA Inc. and held various roles including Solutions Manager, Director of Project Management, Director of New Business Integration, and SVP Product Management and Enterprise Program Management. In 2016, they moved to Exeter Finance, where they currently work as the SVP of Enterprise Project Management.

Tamika Carr Barrera earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Southwestern University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Tamika then pursued an MBA in Information Technology from Texas Christian University, attending from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their degree qualifications, Tamika obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2016.
