Yu Cao

Yu Cao has a diverse work experience in data science and analytics. From 2016 onwards, Yu Cao worked at Exeter Finance, where they held various roles, including VP of data science and Senior Manager of Data Science. In these positions, Yu Cao led a team and collaborated with multiple stakeholders to develop data science-driven solutions, improve predictive models, and evaluate model accuracy and robustness. Prior to that, Yu Cao worked at DaVita Kidney Care as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst, and at Hallmark Financial Services and REDC in analytical roles.

Yu Cao's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Jilin University, which was earned from 2001 to 2005. They then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from 2005 to 2009. Following that, Yu Cao attended Southern Methodist University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Operations Research, completing the program from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, they are currently enrolled at Cornell University, working towards an Executive MBA Americas degree, with an expected completion date in 2024.
